• You'll need to use the email address that your multiplex operator has provided us. This will almost always be the email address to which our platform sends you emails;
• Not every multiplex is configured for self-signup;
• During the registration process, you will need a mobile device or tablet that is capable of generating one-time passcodes.
• To protect user privacy, we can't tell you if an email address you've provided is registered with us or not. If you don't recieve an email within 30 minutes, please contact your multiplex operator for assistance.
